To gain control, you must realize that you are the one who is controlling the situation; your inner state of being will affect the outcome.

Breath is the language of the body
The way you breathe communicates to your body that it is safe or in danger.
Breath is your most powerful tool-
When breath is observed, it will alert you to emotional or physical discomfort.
Intentional breathing can release tension & bring your body into balance.
Deep & slow breathing makes your body aware you’re present and relaxes the CNS. (Central nervous system.)
Control your breath & you control your inner & outer reality
“The solar plexus is your Will Center”-It can limit your potential or expand it
PRACTICE:
Calm your whole body, by intentionally breathing from your Will Center.
Close your eyes, to limit distractions, place your hands on your solar plexus and breathe deeply to feel the energy within your solar plexus; imagine your solar plexus filling up with air as you breathe in and retracting when you breathe out.
Notice how you feel, and make it your intention to change it.
You are in control; you always have been.
