Awakening to your body includes: Heart & body communion, intentional breathing- Breath is the language of the body, when we breathe with the intention to give presence to certain areas of the body, it responds in ways we recognize, awakening our awareness to the ability to communicate with that area.
By observing and sensing the body, we gain knowledge of what is being held and can easily restore inner harmony.
Experiencing touch is another way of coming home to self through different forms of massage.
