WEEK 1- This week intentions are to know your purpose, quiet the obsessive compulsive mind, commune with the heart, while becoming fully aware of the senses, and to recognize the value of the heart and mind working together. Empowered by making decisions that feel honest. Obstacles are revealed that were put in place by limiting beliefs once accepted as truth.

WEEK 2- Dissolve obstacles ,Meet your inner world and recognize inner knowing. Discover your three-bodies, Physical, Energy and higher Consciousness; align with truth no longer weakened by lies. recognize core values, unwanted patterns and triggers, appreciate and admire many of your unique qualities.

WEEK 3- Empowerment through connection with Earth and the life force energy pulsing through you. Accepting that you are a reflection of the Creator that is guided by your divine masculine & feminine. You are empowered by the charge of energy within you and around you.

Awakening Story

“Awakening starts the very first day

I arrived at Chamabalabamba an eco-community, in Vilcabamba, Ecuador.” surrounded in nature, a river surrounding the property, a lake, mountains all around it was like a spell was lifted that I didn’t know I was under.

Awakening to truth:

Greeted by smiling faces, hugs, and kisses on the cheek, for the first time, I felt appreciated for who I was not what did.

“Who are you?” they asked.

I didn’t want to spend another moment pretending to be someone I wasn’t. This was my truth that couldn’t be ignored.

I stood in awe, seeing, smelling, listening to nature that surrounded me- for the first time feeling love through my senses.
